DELTA

The OneGrade DELTA module is a ground-breaking new way to track student performance.

Gather data from up to 20 different categories (12 system defined, 8 user defined) and create a weekly score out of 100 for each category. A truly balanced basket of measures which can include attendance/punctuality, work submission, progress against target grade, work placement, student surveys, enrichment or any other factors which you consider important.

DELTA then creates a weekly weighted average score out of 100 for each student, allowing you to analyse trends and areas for concern or celebration.

A full description of DELTA is available in the guide: OneGrade Delta User Guide

The overall score for each student can be easily seen and interpreted, along side each category score and a range of contextual ‘flags’ which provide more information about the students’ circumstances.

Graphical analysis allows you to see how the student’s score has changed over time, and to overlay each individual category score in order to see what factors are affecting the overall score. Meetings with students and other interventions can also be viewed along the timeline of the graph.

Each member of staff has their own personal ‘watch list’ to allow you to concentrate on specific students. Reports are available to show the overall and category DELTA scores for either your own watch list, or students from across the college.

An annual licence for the Delta module costs between £806.25 and £1612.50 (ex VAT) per year based on college FTE (Full-time equivalents) size.  All updates and support are included in this price.  The Delta module requires the OneGrade Plus module and one or both of the VA module and/or the English/Maths module.

In addition, we can provide installation, training and consultancy services at very competitive rates.
